Since 2019, I have operated restaurants in St. Catharines, Welland, and Hamilton, including Everest Tandoori Kitchen, offering authentic Indian, Hakka Chinese, and Nepali cuisine. Our upcoming restaurant in St. Catharines, TEATRO, will feature Italian cuisine and a space for community gatherings, including events.
