Mr. Neupane holds Master’s degrees in Geography & Environmental Management from the
University of Waterloo. His professional journey spans private sectors and various municipal
governments where he has focused on delivering high-quality water management services,
advocating for climate action, and promoting sustainability initiatives.
He focuses on policy development and compliance with safeguard water sources, improving
wastewater systems, and enhancing stormwater management for the municipal government.
Beyond his professional commitments, he has a deep appreciation for nature and enjoys
spending time outdoors.
As a husband and father, he understands the critical role young people play in shaping a
sustainable future. This passion has driven his interest in joining the Board of Directors at
